Once you sign in, go to the Goals page and click 'Create goal'. You will chat with Lumi to define your target language, current level, and weekly schedule. After the diagnostic, you can preview and save your learning plan.

Lumingo uses your diagnostic results and time commitment to generate a structured path. Instead of just a list of topics, it builds nodes with specific practice tasks. The plan adapts based on your performance and speed.

Your saved plan is broken into focused daily steps. Open your current goal, follow the active day, complete the practice, and Lumingo will use your progress to keep the path moving.

What if my schedule changes?

Use your real availability when setting up a goal. If your pace changes later, Lumingo can adjust future learning steps based on progress and completed work.

How to change the interface language

You can change the interface language between English and Russian at the top of the page, in the site footer, or inside your Account Settings. This does not change the language you are learning.

Can I use Lumingo on mobile?

Lumingo is a web app, so you can open it in a desktop or mobile browser. A native iOS or Android app is not required for the current beta.

How to reset your password

If you forgot your password, go to the Log In page and click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email to receive a reset link. If you are already signed in, you can change your password in Settings.

What to do if email confirmation does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, return to the Log In screen and try signing in; the system will offer to resend the confirmation email. Make sure you entered the correct email address.

How to delete my account

What files can I upload to Lumi?

You can attach text, Markdown, PDF, spreadsheet, and common image files. Text and Markdown can be read directly; PDFs, spreadsheets, and images may have limited support depending on their contents and the active AI provider.

Do not upload sensitive information, including passwords, private keys, medical records, financial documents, identity documents, or confidential personal data. Read our AI Safety page for more details.

What if Lumi makes a mistake?

Lumi is powered by AI and can sometimes hallucinate or provide incorrect information. Always use your best judgment. If you encounter a serious error, please report it to support@lumingo.me.

You can reopen Privacy choices from the site footer or from the bottom of Lumingo's legal pages. Choosing Essential only keeps optional analytics off while keeping account and app features working.

Yes, during the current public beta, Lumingo is free to use with certain usage limits. A free tier is expected to remain available even after beta.
